About Client:
AYA is a platform for renting apartment homes throughout NYC, all fully equipped, furnished and stylishly designed.
Obstacles:
Aya had a problem with the management of several properties in NYC and the rotation of tenants.
Actions:
Aya wanted to automate processes, starting from the rental process, through all notifications made by tenants. We have made a comprehensive system to manage all AYA’s properties, rooms, reservations and guests.

We delivered a dedicated application with a panel for the landlord. The control panel gives the ability to add apartments, rooms, and set prices and calendars of availability for each room.
