Amertalk Case study – online language school with dedicated system and mobile app

About Client:

Amertalk is an online language school offering various teaching methods for students of all ages.

Obstacles:

The biggest challenge was the adaptation to non-standard accounting procedures that are practiced by the school for teachers and clients. There was a rapid need to develop the current management system and create  better customer experience for customers, so the customer can check lessons, join lessons from the application.
Previously, the company did not have a dedicated system, they managed all of the processes via spreadsheet solutions.

Actions:

We created a system composed of an admin panel, client panel and mobile app. The admin panel enabled such functions as: 

  • adding new clients, 
  • new lecturers, 
  • creating contracts, 
  • creating customized packages for clients, 
  • planning lessons, 
  • managing all of the administration tasks like adding new employees etc.. 

Additionally, the customer can:

  • rate every lesson in the panel, 
  • change lessons, 
  • track their payment 

Result:

We created a system that allows to optimize the processes of the customer service and people responsible for the organization of classes. It improved the company’s management and operation mechanisms. Furthermore, it also enhanced the customer experience for teachers.

What stands out from the other systems is a safe app, the fact that the customer does not need any other app installed to join the lesson because it works in the same environment. Moreover, the customer experience is effective, simple and whole system has friendly interface.
