About Client:
The company operates as an accelerator and business incubator and helps start-ups to grow by providing alternative solutions for people starting or intending to start their own business. They offer complex support for a beginner entrepreneur: from providing legal advice, through accounting consultancy and assistance of IT and marketing experts, to premises and business training. Currently, the Foundation has almost 3,000 registered start-ups, which makes them a leader among business incubators.
Obstacles:
Twój Startup had a need for a reliable accounting system for the beneficiaries of the foundation. It needed to be tailored to current legal and accounting requirements and capable of quick reaction to changes in law and accounting that may occur.
Actions:
We overcame the obstacle and designed a dedicated CRM system with accounting solutions. The project involved the preparation of all functionalities to be in accordance with Polish law and legislation as it was required by the customer.
Result:
As a result of our work, clients received a fully dedicated platform that allows the foundation’s beneficiaries to conduct their accounting covering cost, income and employee management.
System supports invoices, bills, all types of contracts with employees.
The system is also very well adapted to the accounting service of foreigners.
Our solution is exactly as required by law and accounting regulations. Moreover it is very fast, i.e. even if users have a lot of invoices / contracts, etc.
This application, thanks to a properly prepared structure, will allow for pleasant and effective use for a long time.
