About Client:
Goodspeed is a company specialized in diet catering delivery logistics throughout Poland, being the market leader in refrigerated transport
Obstacles:
With the rapid and progressive development of the company, the pre-existing method of logistics management needed to be computerized. Goodspeed wanted to optimize the management of the delivery and settlements processes to improve the quality of their services
Actions:
We created a whole logistics management system with dedicated app for drivers, that can withstand a significant traffic caused by several hundred drivers using it at the same time. .
Result:
We delivered a full functioning logistics management system adapted for customer’s needs , uberized the management processes via high-efficiency app and thus augmented the level of services provided in the company.
- Diet catering companies can easily adjust to the system thanks to an API along with documentation
- System consists of administrative panel, driver’s’ app, customer’s panel and desktop driver’s panel with the history of tasks, past settlements and possibility of creating the routes
- Drivers’ recruitment processes done via the application
