About Client:
NTFY.pl is a diet catering company helping their clients with daily nutrition. NTFY has in its offer various ready meals adjusted to popular diets (vegan, low carb, etc.), which are delivered to the customer’s door at the chosen time.
Obstacles:
NTFY wanted to meet market needs and give clients the possibility of flexible selection of various meals and modification of already purchased diet options. The most challenging aspect was supporting many business processes due to optimizing the work of many, seemingly independent, departments, in the face of a growing number of orders, while ensuring a consistently high quality of services.
Actions:
We proposed creating a comprehensive order processing system and streamlining various business processes – from creating rules, through logistics to warehouse management.
Proposed changes were necessary for the company to be able to develop the brand on the market and introduce the client’s innovative solutions, unheard-of in the industry.
