A platform that combines the ideas of social selling and gaming

About Client:

Sharebee is the first Polish SaaS platform for companies, supporting Social Selling and Employee Advocacy programs.  It helps to increase revenues and enable reaching the wanted target group. Sharebee bases its action on social networking sites such as LinkedIN, Facebook Twitter.

Obstacles:

The client had a business concept and an excellent idea for the platform, while the technical capabilities of social platforms and their APIs required verification. The application requires advanced architecture and because of that it was necessary to use the both SaaS and on-premise installations.

Actions:

Firstly, as NetInteractive, we have strengthened the Client’s technical knowledge and proposed technical and functional solutions. We verified the capabilities of the platforms, proposed a micro-services architecture, thanks to which the platform can be dynamically scaled.

Together we started the process of designing the application, its functionality and analysis of the competition. After several long workshops the first screens, mockups and specifications of the first version were created.

Once the work was done and the platform was well tested and adapted to the customer’s requirements, we moved on to the next stage, which focused on taking care of the platform and its continuous development. This lasts until today.

The cooperation with the Sharebee took place in a friendly startup atmosphere, which resulted in the success of the platform on the market and fraternal relations until today.

Today, the platform is used by more than 2,000 regular users and there are more and more new customers coming. 

This is the only platform that combines the ideas of social selling and gaming in such an interesting way. The support and additional materials enable the implementation in the company to give a new incredible sales opportunities. Everything thanks to the Human to Human trust.

However the success of sharebee is also the need for continuous system expansion and immediate response times. To this day, we continue to develop the platform with new functionalities and ensure its trouble-free operation.

Implemented functionalities:

Gamming helps a lot when engaging employees. The application gives the power to define scores for specific achievements and lets you to keep track of the ranking of the company’s best ambassadors.

  • The platform provides a library of ready-made content for employees, from which they can intuitively publish materials in social media.

  • The algorithm selects the content so that the user can publish materials appropriate for their target group and build the expert image.

  • Employees can also easily propose their own content, which, after the approval of the moderator, will join the remaining content.

  • Sharebee analyzes the effectiveness of activities involving the specific target group by providing information on what content they sell best.

  • Sharebee allows you to combine the content in campaigns, then promote and animate it among employees and analyze what effects they have achieved in social media.

  • Sharebee animates users, informing them about new content, individual results of their publications and motivating and suggesting the next steps they can take to increase their reach.
