About Client:
YourKaya is an online shop making eco-friendly feminine hygiene products such as tampons, menstrual pads and cups, etc. They create hygiene products that are good for the body, environment, and community. YourKaya is the first in Poland company breaking a taboo about the period and showing it as a natural thing.
Obstacles:
YourKaya wanted to change the look of the website and e-shop and adjust it to the brand image. They want to hire a new web development company to see what market has to offer. The client has also a problem with good integrations of front-end back-end applications.
Actions:
We proposed the client to create the whole application from the beginning, based on new designs and mock-ups. Client didn’t have to communicate directly with the development team, we offered a project manager with whom he could manage the whole process.

We developed a new version of the website and e-shop making them more user friendly and modern, e.g. our development team created a new product selection configurator.
We’ve also delivered a speedy website, which is crucial nowadays.
We felt obligated to reflect the client’s business model in the front-end:
- cyclical shipments
- payment before the next shipment
Everything was delivered thanks to the excellent communication between us and the client. The client was kept informed about the status of the project and together we analyzed all issues.
